First, Alternativepods provides the best customer service and quick delivery. I was vaping the 5% Virginia for months, and decided to reduce the nicotine to the 3%, as I felt the 5% were to strong tasting. I'm glad to have switched, its been about a month, and I am enjoying the milder taste...and quite to my surprise, I've not been vaping more, perhaps, even a bit less. Thanks again to AlternativePods.
