Great price, fast shipping, great product. A+ in my book

The product is excellent and reasonably priced. I am, however, having difficulty with the battery packs. I have had to purchase several at full price locally, because they were faulty. Either they fail completely, or the J Pods fit too loosely. I recently had to purchase two more for the reason mentioned above.

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was outstandingly fast, and the order was correct. I have found my new store for pods.

Always comes quickly, exactly as advertised and so much cheaper than buying anywhere else. This is my third month getting them and I’ll continue to.

The price is the best around and I’ve done a lot of price comparison shopping. Quality is excellent. Typically shipping is quite fast. I had one shipping issue on my first order. This was a USPS problem not an alternativepods problem. In order to compensate me for my “troubles” customer service offered me a code for a lifetime discount. Nice, right? Yeah if it worked. The discount code has NEVER worked on subsequent orders. Furthermore, customer service has NEVER addressed my question: ‘why doesn’t the coupon code work?’ I’ve asked multiple times and received no reply to any of my queries. So I’ve got to knock off a point for a complete lack of customer service.

Didn’t think I’d ever find my menthol again. Amazing prices & very fast shipping! My new go to for sure. Thank you alternative pods !!!
